This Privacy Policy explains how PlanPricing ("PlanPricing", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our construction planning and budget management platform ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

PlanPricing is an AI platform for pricing and budget management in construction projects, operated at planpricing.co.il. For any privacy matter: contact@planpricing.co.ilor through the site's contact form.

2. Information we collect

• Account details — name, email address, organization name and role, when you open an account or request a demo.
• Plan files — native engineering files you upload (including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and drawing files), for quantity extraction, pricing and change detection.
• Cost and project-history data — cost data, pricing sections and past projects you provide, to calibrate pricing for your organization.
• Content created in the Service — quantity takeoffs, pricing, change markings and budget scenarios generated for you.
• Contact details — the details you submit through the site's contact form (name, email, phone and message).
• Technical and usage data — such as in-service events, errors and security logs, to operate, secure and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Service: quantity takeoff extraction, full per-section pricing generation, and detection and pricing of changes between plan revisions.
• To calibrate pricing based on your organization's historical projects and costs — for your organization only.
• To support, secure, maintain and improve the Service.
• To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI-based processing

The plan files and data you upload are processed using AI engines as part of the Service. Your content is not used to train generalized models for other customers without your explicit consent, and one organization's historical data is never exposed to or applied for another organization.

5. Storage and security

• Data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• We apply reasonable security measures as required by law, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the infrastructure and AI providers that help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or a competent authority. We do not pass your content to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies essential to its operation, and may use analytics tools for anonymous usage analysis. You can configure your browser to block cookies, though some functionality may be affected.

8. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Upon a deletion request, your content is deleted in accordance with the law, except for information we are required to retain.

9. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and subject to the law, every person is entitled to review information about themselves held in a database and to request its correction or deletion. Requests may be sent to contact@planpricing.co.il. Individuals in the EU may have additional rights under the GDPR, including restriction of processing and objection to processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Posting an updated version on this page constitutes notice of the changes, and continued use of the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
