These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PlanPricing ("PlanPricing", "we", "us") — an AI platform for construction planning and budget management ("the Service"), available at planpricing.co.il and related channels. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PlanPricing lets construction organizations and professionals upload native engineering source files (including AutoCAD, Revit and BIM), receive automated quantity takeoff extraction, full per-section pricing based on the organization's own historical project data, and detection and pricing of changes between plan revisions — at the individual element level and their impact on the total budget.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for organizations and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the plans and data of the organization or client you act for.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright in plans and drawings, unless you hold the right or permission to do so.
• Do not disrupt the Service, bypass security measures, or access another organization's data.
• Do not use the Service to produce competing pricing or to reverse-engineer the system, its models, or its outputs.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for how you use the Service's outputs.

4. Uploaded content and data ownership

You retain all rights in the plan files, drawings, quantity data and cost data you upload ("your content"). You grant PlanPricing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you and your organization — including quantity extraction, pricing generation and change detection.

Your organization's historical project and cost data is used to calibrate pricing for your organization only. It is not shared, applied to other organizations, or used to train generalized models for other customers without your explicit consent.

5. AI-generated output

The Service relies on artificial intelligence for extraction, analysis and pricing. Outputs — including quantity takeoffs, pricing and change-impact estimates — may contain errors or omissions and are a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional judgement. Before commercial, contractual or budgetary decisions, you must review and verify every output. The Service does not constitute engineering, legal or appraisal advice and does not replace a licensed professional.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on cloud infrastructure, AI engines and other providers. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logo and the PlanPricing brand, is owned by PlanPricing and protected by applicable law. Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, nothing in the Terms grants any right or licence in PlanPricing's assets.

8. Confidentiality

Any content, business data or non-public information that reaches us through the Service is treated as confidential, kept in confidence, and not used except to provide the Service, unless required by law.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) from time to time, and we may update these Terms. Posting updated Terms on this page constitutes notice of the changes. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanPricing shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. In any event, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your content, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service.
